Planarch Design is an architectural design office founded in 2016 by Architect Sait Özkan, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Since its first formal project, Planarch Design has implemented its projects by adding an original as well as a creative touch to its understanding of design ethic which is specifically focused on sustainability and functionality.
Since the day it was established, Planarch Design has carried out low-scale housing projects such as dozens of private housing projects and apartment projects in city centers and rural locations, as well as large-scale and complex projects such as multi-story mass housing, hotel, sports facility and industrial projects and, as a result, has accumulated a distinct and significant expertise with a diverse portfolio.
Our innovation, vision and unique perspective ensure that our projects are realized far beyond the classical understanding, while every detail, from design to construction phase, comes to life in a way that will respond to the demands and expectations of the customer, having a value far beyond financial gain for our office.
